Role

• Develop creative and engaging content for internal communication channels.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their communication needs and create content that aligns with organizational goals.
• Produce multimedia content such as videos infographics and presentations to effectively convey key messages to employees.
• Write and edit internal communications ensuring clarity consistency and adherence to the companys tone and style.
• Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of internal communications.
• Stay informed about company updates milestones and achievements to incorporate relevant information into content creation.
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across internal communications.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of internal content and make continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with HR for employee engagement initiatives through creative content strategies.
• Monitor industry best practices for internal communications and apply relevant trends to enhance content quality.

• 2 years of proven experience in Video Content Creation for consumer business
• Proficient in Video Editing and related software
