Accolade specialist

For our client we are looking for an Accolade specialist

Job description:
Full-time Designer/Analyst supporting and enhancing the client’s Product Portfolio Management solution based on Sopheon’s Accolade software. (Good technical un-derstanding is required, but also ability to work as designer/business analyst. The work includes modifications of existing tool – developer expert skills are not required.)

Responsibilities:
• Implement changes in Accolade’s configuration and back-end interfaces to continually improve the client’s Product Portfolio Management solution based on business and technical requirements
• Resolve support issues (Incidents and Service Requests)
• Participate in future Accolade related IT and Business Projects as a Designer, Developer and/or Tester

Areas of change include:
– Dashboards and reports
– Input forms and quick grids
– Configuration of business processes
– User access models
– Integrations
– Data consolidating from various sources
– Master data

Education: University degree (Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or simi-lar)

Soft skills:
• Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into solutions.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Good technical documentation writing experience (in English)
• Ability to develop and present technical concepts to a business audience with good interpersonal and multi-cultural skills
• Ability to be a key contributor in a multi-cultural team environment and coordinate work with developers & testers across different time-zones
• Proof of being a highly motivated self-starter who solves problems with a business-centric view
• Excellent analytical, technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, task/result-oriented, attention to details
• Personal drive and ability to learn quickly, ability to work independently on a global/virtual team
