Your new role

As our new Solar PV Expert, you will contribute to developing solar PV solutions to clients who seek technical excellence, efficiency and sustainability. Our highly skilled solar colleagues around the world are working on various consulting projects, starting with pre-feasibility, feasibility, design, tendering support, construction and commissioning planning and supervision, O&M planning and monitoring. As we are a growing, we hope that you can contribute to the team with your Solar PV expertise, proactive approach and desire to work in an international environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide Solar PV expertise either on site or remotely.
  • Studies, project development and project execution
  • Stay in close contact with clients, draft scopes of work and execute this work with suppliers and contractors.

Your new team

You will be part of the Solar PV Centre of Competence in Power Systems, as part of the wider Energy division. Ramboll is at the forefront of addressing the green transition and offers a holistic approach to energy that supports the sector on the journey towards more sustainable solutions. With 2,000 experts in 14 countries, covering the full spectrum of technologies and all parts of the value chain from production and transmission to distribution, we plan, design and implement energy solutions all over the world.

About you

These include:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in the energy sector, with a specialised focus in the Solar PV space.
  • Experience with PVSyst, PVSOL, AutoCAD, and ScatchUp is a plus.
  • Speak and write fluent English, preferably also Swedish
  • Some understanding of various types of government and utility programs such as Feed-in Tariffs, Net Metering, Net Billing.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate with colleagues, clients and stakeholders effectively.
