Given the recent acquisitions made by the company and its current integration phase, you will initially report directly to the Group CEO. However, in the long run, you will become part of the finance team and report to the Group CFO.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with the CEO and management team where the most important decisions are made.
• Processing and interpreting data from the business and presenting concrete changes in the business to increase profitability and minimize risks.
• Participating in the development of budgets and forecasts.
• Compiling KPIs for reporting.
• Being part of the budget process.
• Developing profitability analyses in various dimensions.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business controlling.
• Proficiency in English is required, Swedish is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective.
• Effective at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Location: Location will be discussed further during the application process, but placement in Helsingborg or Marbella is possible.
