Our client is looking for a Senior Tools Programmer, who will play a key part in developing and optimizing the workflows for both engineers and content creators, to enable them to do their best for their game.

You will work with a team of programmers, in close collaboration with tech artists, artists, and designers, to ensure the visual fidelity, performance, and efficiency of their game.

You will:

  • Drive the vision for developer and content creator's workflows, collaborating, and aligning with team members within the project and studio.
  • Optimize and develop workflows in the game engine and data pipelines.
  • Dive deep into the realm of memory and performance analysis (with regard to our workflows), ensuring their systems perform seamlessly.
  • Share your knowledge and expertise by mentoring fellow engineering team members, fostering growth and innovation within the team.


Ideally, you have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a pipeline, render or engine programmer.
  • Deep understanding of what it takes to create very efficient workflows for both developers and content creators.
  • Experience in building workflows both in-engine and outside of the core engine.
  • Strong C++ and software design skills, including experience working in multithreaded and memory-constrained environments.
  • Strong C# experience in building tooling and infrastructure.
