As a Product Manager you will be part of a fast-moving team. We seek entrepreneurs, self-starters, and people who like to make things happen. You are a strong leader and team player who is open-minded and solution oriented. 

Role Overview

Your overall responsibility is to lead the apps product team in the continuous development towards a world class app experience for both customers and staff, while always securing stable operations. 
This includes the development of various mobile applications, to deliver great business value and exceptional user experience to both colleagues and customers across the globe, while securing scalable solutions and supporting with the integration of current systems and platforms.
The work you do together with your team by applying modern product management and making sure we have a clear vision and product roadmap that aligns with the overall direction and targets of all H&M group brands. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Together with the team you will lead software engineers and UX-designers (both full-time employees and consultants).
  • Set and own the product vision and product roadmap.
  • Together with the team prioritize the backlog and conduct sprint planning with the aim to maximize value creation and reach set targets.
  • Secure scalable and efficient solutions to support additional expansion into new markets and business models.
  • Work in close collaboration with other teams within and outside of Store lens to continuously improve and personalize the customer experience based on data and customer insights.
Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience working with tech and product management. 
  • 3-5 years of experience working within the area of App development in large and complex projects. 
  • Previous experience in Retail or Fashion retail is valuable. 
  • Exceptional grasp of Product Management and Agile principles, including data analysis, cross-team collaboration, and stakeholder management.
  • You like to get things done, you have a trial-error mindset and you always fight for the best solution. 
  • You don’t care about only working within your own responsibility, you’re a team player that works across teams and jumps in whenever & wherever you can add value.
