We are seeking an experienced business-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives. Understanding of and crafting solutions for the business problem is as important as the project management discipline. The Salesforce Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, facilitate change management, and oversee the implementation process while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.

Structure and facilitate solution design sessions across business and technical stakeholders toward meeting business objectives.

Manage cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants as needed for project delivery and support.

Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues as necessary.

Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce processes, development, configuration, and customization.

Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform standards and security policies.

Conduct user training and support activities to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years' experience working in technical project management or field that has provided the applicable skills commensurate with this position.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are required.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Salesforce implementation projects in a technical project management role.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
