Your Role in our team

• Processing of customer orders for spare parts from highly automated logistics systems in SAP.
• Complete logistical processing and coordination of repairs (pick-up, acceptance, onward shipping)
• Technical and commercial evaluation of the economic efficiency of repairs
• Preparation of cost estimates for international customers
• Order processing with external suppliers and service providers
• Administration and handling of safety equipment and work tools, clothes

Ideal candidate profile

• Technical training and/or technical interest
• Team player with initiative and hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of SAP R/3 as well as MS-Office
• Good written and spoken English and Swedish
• High level of organizational skills as well as an independent and result-oriented way of working
• Meritorious with a forklift license
