Om rollen Som Product Manager - Depot Charging Solutions inom OKQ8 Mobility Solutions kommer du att vara spjutspetsen för vår strävan mot en mer hållbar transportlösning. Du kommer att vara ansvarig för att driva och leda utvecklingen från ax till limpa och förbättringen av våra produkter, och därigenom forma framtiden för e-mobilitet. Med vår redan etablerade position inom sektorn har vi byggt upp ett av Sveriges största nätverk för publik laddning och erbjuder även skräddarsydda lösningar för företagskunder, både för laddning hemma och på arbetsplatser.

Din roll som Product Manager innebär att du tar oss till nästa nivå av innovation och marknadsföring. Du kommer att ha ansvaret för att introducera nya tjänster såsom Depåladdning för tung trafik och eventuellt EMS (Energy Management System). Dessa tjänster representerar ett nytt kapitel för OKQ8 och din roll kommer att vara av central betydelse för att driva detta område framåt inom OKQ8s Mobility Solutions. I rollen kommer du bland annat att ansvara för att

  • Leda utvecklingen och förbättringen av våra produkter för hållbar transport.
  • Skapa och implementera produktstrategier för att ta erbjudandet till högre nivåer.
  • Samarbeta med flera olika team för att säkerställa en framgångsrik produktutveckling inom e-mobilitet.
  • Definiera produktkrav baserat på kundbehov, marknadsförutsättning och best practices.
  • Skapa och utveckla affärsmodeller samt koncept för att maximera affärspotentialen och kundnytta

Om dig

  • Arbetat med produktutveckling av fysiska och/eller digitala produkter.
  • Några års erfarenhet av e-mobilitet eller liknande bransch (t.ex. inom tung transport, energi, grön teknik, eller exempelvis personbilar, fordonstillverkare, laddoperatörer)
  • Erfarenhet av datadrivet beslutsfattande, användning av analyser och kundfeedback för att driva produktförbättringar.
  • Akademisk examen inom relevant område, t.ex. ekonomi, ingenjör eller annan relevant teknisk utbildning.
  • Flytande i tal och skrift i både svenska och svenska.

Det är meriterande om du har

  • Arbetat i en roll som både har en kommersiell och teknisk aspekt.
  • Arbetat i en framåtlutande organisation, exempelvis en start/scale-up
  • Arbetat i branscher som lastbil, transport, energi eller liknande närliggande branscher.

Som en stark lagspelare bygger du relationer med olika team, bidrar positivt till gruppens energi och är öppen för feedback. Med din analytiska nyfikenhet använder du datainsikter för att fatta välgrundade beslut och driva kontinuerlig förbättring. Som innovativ tänkare kan du generera och driva innovativa idéer för att vara i framkant inom e-mobilitet.
