Responsibilities

A hint of what you will be doing:

Create design experiences that make the user feel, think and act – both for websites and apps.

Perform user testing and research that leads the work towards greater insights about the product.

Work insight-driven and base your design on data.

In some cases – have a leading role within a team.

Work with up-to-date design and project management tools.

Work with consulting assignments with our clients to strengthen their team with your skills. Requirements

Who we think you are:

You have an academic degree in design (interaction, graphic, product, computer science), or equivalent.

Somewhere between 3 to 5 years of professional work experience.

You are comfortable taking ownership of projects, delivering on time, and knowing how to work to meet expectations for quality.

You can easily adapt to new environments, new ideas, and new requirements.

You can motivate and explain the logic behind your design.

And perhaps most important of all: you are a kind human being. And fun.
