EHS Specialist at CSK Field Service Department

1. Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support on safety, health, and environment for the CSK Field Service Department12.
• Develop and provide SHE training materials and tools, including new employee training and high-risk work training.
• Address customer requirements on various SHE issues and respond appropriately.
• Review local and customer SHE regulations and support compliance with relevant Field Service departments3.
• Offer guidance for incident investigations and support for Field Service.
• Assist in improving workplace environments and risks through risk assessment and work environment measurements.
• Conduct SHE activities to maintain ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification for Field Service.

2. What We Expect from You:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Safety and Environmental Engineering45.
• A valid Safety Qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in SHE Management6.
• Professional knowledge of safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations78.
• Basic knowledge and experience in implementing OHSAS 18001 and ISO14001 requirements.
• Basic English communication and writing skills. Proficient in presentations and office programs9.

• Support on safety, health, and environment for the CSK Field Service Department12.
• Membership in the CSK SHE Department, reporting to the SHE Manager in Korea.
• Execution of SHE tasks for Field Service according to monthly, quarterly, and annual plans10.
• Reporting of SHE KPIs by Field Service Department: Accident rate (LWCR, TRCR), SHE Training, Behavior safety, Risk assessment, etc11.
