About the role
In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of relevant Group and Operational reporting packages as needed. Additionally, you'll assist the business in their pursuit of operational and commercialexcellence by implementing relevant KPI reporting and commercial analyses customized for each sales channel, including benchmarking. You'll also provide stakeholders with corporate Financial Analysis and Decision Support documentation, which includes delivering standard financial reporting packages and conducting ad hoc investigations upon request. Moreover, you'll aid stakeholders in monitoring SLAs, financial milestones, and critical interfaces in pre-market processes, such as range plan development, managing Supply Chain SLAs with third parties, and ensuring compliance with Finance process SLAs.

Responsibilities

Management reporting:

Execution : Maintain and execute, at any time, relevant Group and Operational reporting package.

Quality : Participate in business reviews, Q&A and other measures deemed necessary from time to time to ensure Financial reporting reflect underlying commercial operation.

Analysis : Draft narratives and risk analysis based on in depth insights and analysis of the commercial performance within each sales channel.

Business projections : Participate & support in Forecast, Budget and PMT processes

Business Intelligence :

Training/Education : Support to management and corporate functions, preparing decision support documentation and enlighten/educate business owners of correlation between decision/action and financial impact - both ad hoc and recurring analysis.

Business case simulation : Preparation (market and channel expansion) and consolidation/review (Corporate, Sub’s & JV’s) of investment proposals to investment committee

Commercial analysis : Assist in maintaining Operational and Commercial KPI reporting including Benchmarking.

Onboarding New Markets : Support qualitative onboarding of New Markets

Your skills

Knowledge requirements - Accounting, Project management, Stakeholder management, Business acumen, Business & commercial analysis

Educational level - University degree or equivalent

Past experience - 3+ years preferably in international environment, proven track record in change project, responsible for recurring reporting including analysis to senior stakeholders, relevant retail/e-com and operational experience. Experience from commercial roles outside finance meriting

Language skills - English, additional languages meriting
