Om rollen

I rollen som Produktionsledare läggs stor vikt vid dina ledaregenskaper. Du kommer att ha en nyckelroll i att leda arbetet inom skåpmontering samt ansvarar för att säkerställa kvalitet och leveransservice. Monteringen är till viss del automatiserad men du förväntas driva utvecklingen av arbetet inom monteringen. Som Produktionsledare ansvarar du även för arbetsfördelning och resursplanering samt för en säker arbetsmiljö.

Rollen rapporterar till Produktionschefen.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda, motivera och coacha teamet för att säkerställa en effektiv och kvalitativ drift.
  • Planera och följa upp produktionen så att tidsramar och kvalitet ut till kund hålls.
  • Utveckla och skapa standarder, rutiner och processer.
  • Jobba med kontinuerlig kompetensutveckling hos dina teammedlemmar.
  • Samarbeta med andra avdelningar för att säkerställa smidig produktion med kunden i fokus.
  • Leda PULS-möten och förbättringsarbetet.
  • Säkerställa en säker arbetsmiljö och efterlevnad av arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsföreskrifter.

Erfarenhet och kompetens

Till det här uppdraget söker vi en rutinerad och mogen ledare med erfarenhet av personalledning av en grupp på minst tio personer. Du bör även ha arbetat med att utveckla processer inom montering och är väl bekant med monteringsarbete i tillverkande industri, gärna bearbetning av exempelvis trä. Har du högre utbildning inom teknik/automatisering eller motsvarande ser vi det som ett plus. Arbete med Lean eller andra förbättringsmetoder är meriterande. Vi förutsätter att du talar och skriver svenska flytande. För rollen är det även önskvärt att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta i affärssystem, tex Navision, Excel och Power BI.
