Din kompetens & profil

Machine Learning Engineer
Vi söker dig som har gedigen erfarenhet av att bygga och implementera maskininlärningsmodeller och som trivs med att analysera stora mängder data för att skapa insikter och affärsvärde.

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av ett eller flera av följande områden/verktyg:

  • Programmering: Stark kompetens inom Python, Java eller Scala.
  • ML-ramverk: Erfarenhet av verktyg som TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn eller Keras.
  • Modellutveckling: Kompetens inom modellträning, optimering och hyperparameter-tuning.
  • Prediktiv modellering: Erfarenhet av regression, klassificering, klustring och djupinlärning.
  • Databehandling: Vana vid dataförbehandling och analys, gärna med verktyg som Pandas, NumPy och Dask.
  • Molntjänster: Erfarenhet av ML-pipelines på AWS SageMaker, Azure ML eller Google Cloud AI.
  • MLOps: Erfarenhet av CI/CD-principer för ML och verktyg som MLflow, Kubeflow, eller TensorFlow Extended (TFX).
  • Analytisk förmåga: Förmåga att tolka och kommunicera resultat till både tekniska och icke-tekniska intressenter.

Data Engineer
Vi söker även dig som är erfaren inom data engineering och kan bygga skalbara dataplattformar, pipelines och integrationer som möjliggör analys och avancerad datamodellering.

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av ett eller flera av följande områden/verktyg:

  • Programmering och scripting: Erfarenhet av Python, Java, Scala, eller SQL.
  • Dataplattformar och pipelines: Kunskap om verktyg som Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Airflow, eller DBT.
  • Molntjänster: Erfarenhet av att bygga och hantera dataflöden i molnmiljöer som AWS (Glue, Redshift), Azure (Data Factory, Synapse) eller Google Cloud (BigQuery, Dataflow).
  • Data Lakes och Data Warehouses: Erfarenhet av att arbeta med dataarkitektur och lagringslösningar för att hantera stora datamängder.
  • ETL/ELT-processer: Erfarenhet av att utveckla effektiva och robusta ETL/ELT-pipelines.
  • Big Data-ramverk: Kunskap inom hantering och bearbetning av stora datamängder med exempelvis Hadoop, Hive, eller Snowflake.
  • Versionshantering och samarbete: God förståelse för versionshantering i Git och vana att arbeta i agila team.
  • Data Governance och säkerhet: Förståelse för datahanteringsprinciper, GDPR och dataetik.

Du har en vilja, nyfikenhet och drivkraft att vilja skapa nytta hos kunden samt lära dig nytt. En problemlösare som inte är rädd för att ta initiativ och vågar utforska nya vägar och arbetssätt. Du har en förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya sammanhang och processer. Du får saker gjorda och ser kunskapsluckor som en möjlighet för personlig utveckling. Du är analytisk och har stor förståelse för vikten av service och kommunikation.

Som konsult kommer du att ställas inför en rad olika utmaningar, både från ett socialt och pragmatiskt perspektiv. Därför tror vi att du är öppen och ödmjuk för både förändring och för olikheter. Du har ett agilt sätt att möta problem och kan se dem från olika vinklar.
