Din profil

Du är behörig lärare för ovan nämnda ämnen och åldrar. Vi hoppas att du ser vikten av att skapa och behålla goda relationer med kollegor, elever och vårdnadshavare. Du motiveras av att ha regelbunden kontakt med vårdnadshavare, att leda mentortidsaktiviteter i linje med mentorsprogrammet samt att arbeta och samarbeta med kollegor i en stödjande miljö. Det finns inga krav på tidigare undervisningserfarenhet, men vi ser gärna att du är trygg i ditt professionella ledarskap, där du kan skapa en trygg och stabil miljö både i och utanför klassrummet. Du värdesätter och levererar ett personligt, tydligt och balanserat ledarskap med både kontroll och elevengagemang i fokus. Du som lärare är en tydlig och aktiv normsättare.
