About the position
Coordinating customer order administration and supply chain activities within an international pharmaceutical company. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Customer order administration, order taking, batch reservation, pick and pack ordering, shipment booking and monitoring, invoicing, crediting, returns, and customer qualification
- Month‑end financial reporting of stock and sales
- Monitor interface transactions between HQ and affiliates
- Serial number alert management (if applicable)
- Process continuous improvement initiatives (if applicable)
Qualifications
- University‑level education with a focus on supply chain, logistics, export administration, or economics
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Very good computer skills
Preferred
- Knowledge of Swedish (oral and written)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
