Job Description:

The annual event Growth Plan Focus Weeks (GPFW) aims to create mobilization, understanding, and inspiration around the IKEA Growth Plan. Participants will receive the necessary tools to implement the shared content effectively in their markets. A significant aspect of this event is the physical exhibition showcasing both current and future products.

The Growth Plan Focus Weeks occur during weeks 46, 47, 48, and week 03, each with distinct purposes and goals, while maintaining a common objective.

A specific IKEA project team is responsible for the fit-out of the premises for the new 2025 GPFW exhibition, and we are seeking additional co-workers for various working areas, specifically in Goods Registration.

This is temporary employment - the period for this role is between week 34-48.

Responsibilities:
  1. Receive and inspect shipments, verifying against delivery notes.
  2. Record received goods in the system, noting any discrepancies or damages.
  3. Maintain organized records and communicate with relevant parties.

For goods registration, English and a basic level of Swedish are required. You should have experience with Microsoft Excel and be comfortable working with a computer.
