Jag heter Peter Sandström och jag leder ett portföljteam som hanterar fasta nätverks- och IT-tjänster. Nu söker vi en Product Manager som i huvudsak kommer att ha ansvar för Applikationer för affärsverksamhet, såsom M365, Azure och WithSecure.

I denna roll är du ansvarig för våra befintliga och kommande applikationstjänster på den svenska marknaden. Ditt huvudfokus kommer vara att säkra kundresan och leverera enligt roadmap för att uppfylla både kundbehoven och affärsenheternas krav.

Du ingår i ett team bestående av Offering Managers, Product Managers och Commercial Transformation Managers, och ni samarbetar tätt för att säkerställa att vi kan leverera tjänster som marknaden efterfrågar. Du arbetar även mot tvärfunktionella team inom hela B2B-enheten på Telia, såsom IT-, försäljnings-, leverans, och supportteam.

Exempel på ansvarsområden:

  • Driva kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete för att strömlinjeforma kundprocesser genom hela kundlivscykeln.
  • Säkerställa köpklarhet, leverans, fakturering, användning och support för tjänsterna.
  • Identifiera och visualisera kostnader som ska inkluderas i den totala kostnaden för erbjudanden.
  • Ansvara för den funktionella implementeringen av tjänsterna i BSS-system.
  • Agera EPIC-owner för utvecklingsinitiativ (På Telia arbetar vi enligt SAFe).
  • Stötta försäljnings- och supportteam med relevant information om tjänsterna.

Är det här du?

Vi söker dig som är förändringsbenägen och duktig på att kravställa. Du har projektledaregenskaper och en erfarenhet av att arbeta med utvecklingsinitiativ kopplat till applikation och nätverkstjänster och är van att göra så tillsammans med tvärfunktionella team. Men viktigast är att du är redo och motiverad att ta ett end-to-end ansvar för de kundprocesser som är kopplade till dina tjänster, och att du gör det på ett sådant sätt att det bidrar till värde för både våra kunder och B2B-enheten i stort.

Minimum krav:

  • 5 års erfarenhet av direkt eller indirekt tjänsteägaransvar, gärna inom applikation, nätverk eller angränsande område.
  • Erfarenhet av tjänsteutveckling och implementering av end-to-end processer för tjänsterna.
  • Erfarenhet av att delta i och driva projekt i tvärfunktionella team.
  • Du är van att arbeta agilt.
  • Flytande svenska, i tal och skrift.
