  6. Ensuring Data Accuracy: Performing rigorous reconciliation to confirm the completeness and accuracy of migrated data.
  7. Optimizing Performance: Monitoring and fine-tuning migration processes to ensure efficiency and address performance bottlenecks.
  8. Managing Errors: Establishing robust error-handling protocols to quickly resolve any issues during migration.
  9. Maintaining Audit Trails: Keeping detailed records of migration activities to ensure compliance and facilitate troubleshooting when necessary.
  10. Collaborating with Stakeholders: Providing clear updates to stakeholders, addressing their concerns, and ensuring alignment throughout the migration process.
  11. Validating Post-Migration Data: Conducting thorough post-migration validation to confirm that the target system data is accurate, complete, and ready for use.
What we are looking for:
  1. Extensive experience in data migration, managing and executing data migration projects.
  2. Strong technical expertise in data transformation and migration tools.
  3. Solid understanding of data analysis, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
  4. Experience in defining and implementing migration strategies.
  5. Familiarity with performance monitoring and error-handling techniques during migrations.
To excel in this role, we believe you possess the following skills:
  1. An analytical mindset with the ability to assess and interpret complex data structures and processes.
  2. A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of data migration.
  3. Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  4. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet tight project deadlines.
  5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  6. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace new tools and technologies.
  7. Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Swedish is a plus.

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in Lindab's digital transformation by ensuring the successful migration of critical data as we implement D365 and prepare for future solutions.
