At Emplifier, we are rethinking how companies hire, moving beyond CVs and towards data-driven, human-centric matching. Emplifier is an AI-based recruiting company combining an AI-driven platform that matches candidates based on capabilities and personality with human expertise. Our goal is simple: to help companies hire co-workers who fit the role and thrive in the company culture while reducing time-to-hire. We are now looking for a Tech Co-Founder & Product Builder to take ownership of our product and introduce new features at a rapid pace in order to scale Emplifier.

About the role

We launched the MVP in 2025 and have gained traction with satisfied customers. The next step is to scale faster and introduce new features at a rapid pace. This is a role for someone who wants to build features from scratch, be part of a fast-moving startup, and, as a co-founder, be part of strategic decision-making.

In close collaboration with the rest of the team you will:

Own the technical architecture, development, and roadmap
Keep up to date with the cutting edge of AI and software development, proposing new solutions
Build and scale the platform introducing new features on a continuous basis, using AI in all processes for high efficiency.
Work closely with the team to translate user stories into product features
Design and implement AI agents for matching, interaction, and decision support, and more
Set up data architecture, integrating external and internal data, and developing predictive models used in processes
Implement solutions in compliance with regulatory and security requirements
Be part of the management team and contribute to strategy, business decisions, and tactics

Key requirements and nice to haves

Has 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer
Is “AI-native,” with a track record of building AI agents with real value
Has been part of development of SaaS solutions
Has experience/training in predictive analytics and data-driven models
Is comfortable using tools like Claude to structure and build software
Has an educational background equivalent to MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
Has proven strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making
Has an interest in business drivers and processes
Speaks and understands English and Swedish fluently
