We are now seeking a dynamic and driven Factory System Test Lead to join our professional team. If you are passionate about HVDC technology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of testing activities
- Perform quality control and assurance
- Lead and manage the test team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Live Hitachi Energy's core values by taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in STEM fields (preferred)
- Knowledge of software tools and programming languages used in control systems such as PLC, SCADA, DCS
- Understanding of protection principles, relay coordination, and fault analysis in HVDC systems or equivalent is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication skills to report effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in both English and Swedish, with speaking and writing skills in both languages
