About the role:
As a Privacy Product Leader within the Franchise and Data Privacy team at Inter IKEA Group, you lead the development and operations of data privacy products that enables Inter IKEA Group co-workers to process personal data in a compliant manner. You know the ins and outs of OneTrust and can develop it to suit organisational needs while maintaining platform stability and data accuracy, enabling the Information Security and Data privacy leaders to be effective in their assignments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for maintaining Inter IKEA Groups central privacy management platform OneTrust, ensuring it´s availability and functionality according to business needs.
- Develop, maintain and support Data mapping Automation as well as PIA & DPIA Automation.
- Develop, maintain and support Dashboards and Reporting.
- Responsible for account management, maintaining appropriate access to the platform functionality for all relevant stakeholders, including OneTrust as a supplier.
- Staying up to date with relevant legal requirements, and ability to translate these into operational features in OneTrust.
- Expand the data privacy product portfolio for Inter IKEA Group with additional complementary enabling technologies and services.

You have a genuine interest in all things data privacy, the value it brings to individuals, the IKEA brand and society overall. You have a solution-orientated mindset and are all about problem solving, finding the right solution, as well as balancing dilemmas to both fulfil business needs and compliance requirements.
To be successful in the role, we would expect the following knowledge and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining OneTrust and navigating stakeholder needs in a multijurisdictional enterprise, covering a large number of legal entities.
- Experience with IT service management (ITIL certification is a plus) in order to manage OneTrust as a service offering.
- Familiar with Agile principles, applying an agile mindset to find the most suitable way of working for the given environment and area of responsibility.
- Thorough understanding of relevant privacy legislation, primarily the GDPR with CIPP/E certification.
- Knowledge of additional privacy legislation such as PIPL, CCPA is a plus, as is CIPP/A and CIPP/US certifications.
