Job Description
As a Data Analyst at Hotmat.se, you will be responsible for turning our order, delivery, and customer data into clear insights that support the business. You will work closely with our leadership and development team to build reporting that helps us track performance, spot problems early, and grow more efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Analyze order, delivery, and customer data to identify trends and issues
- Clean, structure, and prepare data from multiple sources (orders, deliveries, payments, customer feedback) to ensure quality and consistency
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from our databases
- Use Python and pandas for deeper analysis on larger datasets
- Present findings in a clear, actionable way to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with the development team on data collection and quality
