Construction Manager – Track Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide support and participate in the definition of work at the construction site, including project planning,
• Assume the technical function of directing the execution of the work and coordinating the production activities,
• Support the Project Manager with the information and procedures,
• Support preparation and control of subcontractors/suppliers/customer price measurement/revision reports,
• Analyze in detail the technical conditions, maps of measurements, and drawn parts,
• Search for new business opportunities in Sweden within Commercial Strategy,
• Support MD on commercial networking within the Swedish Railway market.

Profile

• Experience in the Swedish railway sector, experience with Trafikverket and/or Stockholm metro projects (plus),
• Experience and/or knowledge in Contract Management and railway construction,
• Certification of track works, welding, and others (plus),
• Certification of Signal-montor (plus),
• Certification of Signal Safety Guard (plus),
