Din kommande roll

Du kommer vara en del i ett av våra backendteam som tillsammans med ett flertal andra team ansvarar för SJ:s försäljningskanaler samt kund och lojalitetssystem. Vi har ett nylanserat bokningssystem och en ny bokningsplattform som är en Saas-tjänst.

Backend-teamet har ett stort antal integrationer att förvalta, vidareutveckla och nyutveckla, detta i samband med vår transformation till Azure molnet. Du kommer att delta i hela utvecklingsprocessen från analys, design, implementation, test, release, uppföljning och intrimning. Du kommer kontinuerligt underhålla SJ:s systemdokumentation för gjorda leveranser och stödjer arkitekter och produktägare i det dagliga arbetet. Vi driver arbetet mot Continuous Delivery med täta releaser (CI/CD) genom en hög grad av testautomation. Det vi bygger i teamet tar vi ansvar för.

Du har också en stark känsla för att coacha andra både i och utanför teamet när det behövs. Du har brett intresse för modern teknologi, problemlösningsförmåga, ser nytta i att förstå användarnas beteenden för att driva effektiv utveckling som löser problem på riktigt.

Rollen innebär:
  • Designa, standardisera och vidareutveckla våra lösningar där utvecklingen sker i Azure miljö och i en eventdriven mikrotjänstarkitektur.
  • Driftansvar med monitorering och proaktiv avvärjning av incidenter.
  • Ta ansvar för incidenter, teknisk skuld och sträva efter ständiga förbättringar.
  • Kommunicera, samarbeta och skapa goda relationer med övriga utvecklare inom och utom teamet.
  • Att bygga upp en domänkunskap och förståelse för SJ:s affärsregler.
  • Förstå och tolka krav för att implementera hållbara lösningar.
  • Aktivt deltaga i de agila ceremonier som är grunden för våra arbetssätt på SJ.
Förväntningar på den vi söker

Vi söker dig som ser möjligheter och anpassar dig till förändrade krav och nya förutsättningar. Du trivs att arbeta med tvärfunktionella team där olika kompetenser och erfarenheter kompletterar varandra. Du kommunicerar flytande på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Vi ser gärna att du besitter erfarenhet kring:
  • Minst 5 års utveckling och operations inom Azure
  • Flera års erfarenhet av utveckling inom .NET och C#
  • Azure DevOps - CI/CD Pipelines, Repositories (Git), Boards and Testing, FinOps
  • Automatiska tester och testdriven utveckling
  • Azure API Management - hantering av säkra och effektiva API'er.
Meriterande om du har jobbat med:
  • Azure cloud, Azure fundamentals och PaaS i Azure.
  • Arbetat med CRM och lojalitetstjänster
  • Backstage, Terraform och logic apps.
  • Azure storage hantering inklusive SQL databaser.
  • Siebels EAI plattform, Java 21 och har Java Certifiering

Som person är du prestigelös, nyfiken och du kan utmana, analysera och ställa krav. Du behöver ha en god förmåga och vilja att dela med av dina kunskaper och erfarenheter och att du på sikt kan ta ett mentorskap för juniora utvecklare. Vi ser att du aktivt deltar i forum för att driva och verka för att SJ har en plats i teknologins framkant.
