Vi söker nu en Projektledare inom Microsoft 365 som vill vara med och ta vårt leveransarbete till nästa nivå.

Om tjänsten

Som Projektledare inom Microsoft 365 hos Exobe kommer du att spela en central roll i våra kundprojekt, där du leder och samordnar projektteam för att säkerställa att vi levererar resultat av högsta kvalitet. Du kommer att arbeta med både interna och externa intressenter, och säkerställa att projekten genomförs enligt plan – från start till mål. Du kommer också att vara en trygg ledare för kunden, där du leder med både pondus och empati för att bygga förtroende och säkerställa ett effektivt samarbete.

Ansvarsområden och arbetsuppgifter
  • Driva projekt för våra kunder med fokus på Microsoft 365.
  • Ansvara för projektplanering, genomförande och uppföljning.
  • Koordinera med interna och externa resurser för att säkerställa projektleveranser.
  • Hålla kunder och intressenter informerade om projektets status och framsteg.
  • Kartlägga och analysera kunders behov för att skapa anpassade lösningar.
  • Arbeta nära tekniska experter för att säkerställa att den tekniska lösningen är anpassad efter kundens behov.
  • Aktivt bidra till att utveckla och förbättra Exobes arbetsmetoder och processer för projektledning.

Vi söker dig som har en stark projektledarförmåga och ett genuint intresse för Microsoft 365. Du gillar att arbeta i team och har en förmåga att kommunicera tydligt och effektivt med olika intressenter. Din problemlösningsförmåga och ditt engagemang för att driva framgångsrika projekt gör dig till en viktig resurs i vårt team.

Kvalifikationer
  • Har erfarenhet av att leda projekt, gärna inom Microsoft 365 eller liknande molntjänster.
  • Har en stark kommunikationsförmåga och kan hantera både tekniska och icke-tekniska intressenter.
  • Kan leda kunder genom komplexa projekt med en kombination av pondus och empati.
  • Är självgående, strukturerad och trivs med att ta ansvar.
  • Har förmåga att kommunicera komplext tekniskt innehåll på svenska och engelska
Meriterande erfarenheter
  • Certifieringar inom projektledning och/eller Microsoft 365 (t ex PMP,Agile).
  • Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och användaranpassning.
