What you will bring to our universe:

You will be leading and inspiring the analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. We trust you to ensure the two team members reach their full potential through mentorship and professional development. The team holds currently two people - hence you will work both operationally and strategically, with responsibilities such as:

  • Oversee the meticulous tracking of our data pipeline, ensuring precision and high quality.
  • Analyze data to derive valuable insights that contribute to the overall business strategy.
  • Take charge of providing essential data for enhancing decision-making processes related to game features, marketing strategies, and overall business expansion.
  • Contribute to the creation of a superior player experience and heightened customer retention through data-driven initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the analytics team by creating processes and conducting workload planning.

Your skillset:

  • You have a proven track record of successfully and effectively leading and managing teams with direct reports.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing data-driven strategies to improve game or B2C product development and marketing efforts.
  • You have hands-on experience and deep understanding of SQL and querying/scripting Data Warehouse requirements to support the needs of the (analytics) business, as well as presenting to stakeholders in visualization tools.
  • Ability to understand and translate analytical insights into clear recommendations (via visualization tools) and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Snowprint Studios was founded in 2015 in Stockholm by industry veterans with the aim of providing rich gaming experiences for the on-the-go gamer by creating exceptional turn-based battle games. Its team members have worked on a wide range of critically acclaimed and commercially successful free-to-play mobile games in the past, and are using their collective knowledge to deliver well-crafted mechanics, aesthetics, characters, and more to make mid-core games more accessible.
