Linköping, Östergötland, Sweden Inter IKEA Systems Service AB Full time

At IKEA, we do things a little different. We think differently, act differently, and work differently as well. We like to break things. Like rules. And then make things. Like music-playing lamps. And beds disguised as sofas. Even plant balls that help us look after our planet. It's all part of our vision - to create a better everyday life for the many. And it's been keeping our co-workers going for over 75 years. By 2030, we hope to help millions more look forward to going home. Maybe you can help us?

About the job

In the Insights team we have an unrelenting passion for making sure that everything we do at IKEA truly meets the needs and dreams of the many people, having a positive impact on the world around us and building a brand for generations to come. We do this to ensure that we strengthen the franchise offer and that the business grows.

As Insights Leader with an assignment in range insights focusing on Consumer and Market Performance, you will:

  • Coordinate and secure the impact of consumer and market performance insights in key processes, reports and business forums (e.g. Range & Communication Performance report, Growth Plan Councils)
  • Lead the range performance management agenda, working with the wider insights team on the range angle on performance, with RangePulse team on digital product development, with business steering on scorecard integration, and range operations on process integration
  • Continuously bring in the insights into our competition and other industries to ensure that the range has a unique, competitive advantage so we are the first choice for consumers.

  • Thriving in uncharted territory: finding new solutions and ways of working to reimagine the future of insight and data at IKEA.

  • A growth mind-set; curious to explore and eager to learn.
  • A love for solving problems for consumers/business
  • Enjoy developing IKEA by building relationships, partnerships and networks.

To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable:

  • In-depth knowledge of using insight products, data, methods and tools to help the business optimize value and make better decisions.
  • Good knowledge of research design, methods and trends as well as a very strong knowledge of analytics theories and practices.
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into very simple and clear conclusions in order to influence co-workers towards action.
  • Ability to collaborate with and inspire and equip co-workers to make insight-driven decisions by facilitating the correct usage and interpretation of performance insights
  • Develop intuitive and easy-to-use performance insight deliverables which enable users to access data and insights relevant to their job context
  • Be objective and fact-based, at the same time be an action-oriented leader, who is able to drive meaningful impact in the business
  • Influence business decisions with confidence by knowing your stakeholder, using clear communications skills and storytelling

We don't even care how you have furnished your home. We're interested in you simply because you're you. Even if your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
