It's an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.

  • International Graduates (European citizens) aged between 18 - 28 years old with an average of 12 months of professional experience
  • International profile (work experience or studies abroad)
  • Eager to continue your career abroad

This is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. The position is not open to applicants already based in Stockholm, Sweden.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Kahlúa Brand Team is looking for a 1-year VIE as Junior Brand Manager based in our Stockholm office and starting as soon as possible, to support the team in various projects.

This assignment is a great opportunity to get a solid through-the-line training experience: you will have a wide span between strategy and execution, while switching from strategic thinking to "hands-on" execution on a daily basis.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Working on the Kahlúa Brand on a global level: specifically in brand strategy and planning
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform brand strategy
  • Supporting Marketing Manager of Strategy and Planning on specific projects under his responsibility
  • Providing clear status of projects across the brand, in our internal TAG Management System
  • Helping coordinate all relevant meetings related to brand strategy and planning
  • Acting as the brand's main point of contact for our Internal Business Planning system (IBP) and championing the excellence of the process
  • Collaborating with our Consumer Insights team on our consumer council project
  • Managing brand's budget and internal reports
  • Being an internal Brand Ambassador and spread the brand culture internally
ABOUT YOU

You are a flexible person with very good written and verbal communications skills and a teamwork orientation. You are a passionate and goal-oriented person with ownership when driving and delivering projects. You can easily collaborate and effectively interact with stakeholders on different levels.

  • University Degree/ Business School Master in Marketing/Communication
  • Relevant business experience from FMCG sector in an international organization
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Planning and project management skills and experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Interest in social media and communication, interest in product management is a plus
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
