About the Role:

As our Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable, secure, and future-proof cloud infrastructure that will support multiple digital services. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure that our platform meets both technical and business requirements.

This role is not just about defining architecture; we are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, guiding the team through complex technical challenges, and ensuring that best practices in cloud computing, DevOps, and security are followed. You will also play a crucial role in evaluating new technologies and ensuring that our platform is built for the future.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Solution Architect who is not only technically strong but also a great communicator and with the ability to inspire and guide others. You thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment, where you can apply your technical expertise while also mentoring and guiding a team.

Your Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of comprehensive technical solutions that align with business requirements and the organization's strategic direction. You will ensure that these solutions are scalable, maintainable, cost-effective, and secure, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

As a technical expert, you will provide guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment while championing best practices in architecture, design, and coding across the organization. You will work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure alignment within the portfolio and guarantee that all solutions adhere to established architectural guidelines and frameworks.

Your role will also involve engaging with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to translate business needs into technical requirements. You will effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners and team members in a clear and concise manner.

Additionally, you will continuously assess and improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Keeping up with emerging technologies and industry trends, you will identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a solution architect role.
  • 6+ years of solid experience in software development and data engineering.
  • Strong understanding of architecture principles and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in a variety of technologies and platforms, such as cloud computing, microservices, APIs, and databases.
  • Expertise in Cloud Infrastructure, Network topology, and System Architecture and design patterns.
  • Strategic and critical thinker.
  • Experience with IoT and edge computing technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/DevSecOps.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Terraform, etc.).
  • Experience and solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes technologies.
  • Experience with modern data engineering technologies such as Databricks, Azure Synapse/Microsoft Fabric, and Pyspark.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
