We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce with focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable CRM solutions
  • Experience working agile and preferably using the SAFe framework
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, enabling effective communication with local and international stakeholders.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Experience, for example:
  • Service Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Data Cloud
  • Technical Skills:
  • Apex: Proficient in writing custom Apex code for complex business logic.
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC): Experience with LWC development
  • Integrations: Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  • HTML/CSS: Comfortable with creating visually appealing and responsive UI components.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications of the above

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Design, implement and optimize data models, workflows, and automations to streamline business processes.
  • Design, implement and optimize Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications as part of a maintenance process with our customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies, including SAFe, to manage and execute projects efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
