Nu söker vi en projektledare/utvecklingsingenjör till vårt produktutvecklingsteam på Skoghalls bruk. Du kommer vara placerad på Skoghalls bruk och tillhöra divisionen Packaging Materials. Du rapporterar till Technical Product Manager.

I rollen som projektledare/utvecklingsingenjör ingår att initiera, styra och följa upp produktutvecklingsprojekt. Du arbetar både självständigt och i samarbete i tvärfunktionella team med kollegor från våra marknads-, produktions- och forskningsenheter.

Du kommer att planera, ta fram idéer och leda i utvecklandet av nya kartongkvalitéer, samt modifieringen av befintliga, och rapportera resultaten till både interna uppdragsgivare och kunder. Du bidrar med kompetens vid problemlösning internt och externt.

I tjänsten ingår även att stödja marknadsavdelningen i kundtester och kvalificeringar av nya kvalitéer samt att aktivt följa forskning och utveckling inom produktionsteknik för konsumentkartongprodukter.

Vem söker vi?

Vi ser att du har en Civilingenjörsexamen inom relevant område, exempelvis kemi eller maskin eller annan utbildning som kan bedömas likvärdig. Du bör ha minst några års erfarenhet från forsknings-, utvecklings- eller produktionsarbete inom tillverkningsindustrin. Erfarenhet från massa- och pappersindustrin, alternativt konverterings- eller förpackningsindustrin, samt projektledning är starkt meriterande.

God samarbetsförmåga krävs då en stor del av arbetet utförs i projektform där du deltar eller leder arbetet. I projektgrupperna kan det ingå både externa kontakter och interna från Stora Enso.

Vi ser att du har viljan att utveckla och upprätthålla ett bra kontaktnät inom Stora Enso samt med externa parter. För att trivas i rollen behöver du vara lösningsfokuserad, drivande och ansvarstagande. Att du dessutom jobbar med stort engagemang och har god förmåga att förmedla resultaten från projekten till olika intressenter ser vi som en självklarhet, vilket ställer krav på att du är kommunikativ och lyhörd.

Det kan förekomma resor i tjänsten. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, muntligt och skriftligt är ett krav samt goda datakunskaper.
