In-Home Data and Insights Manager

Scope: Nordic (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway)

Reports to: Nordic eRTm & dCom Lead

Location: Solna, Stockholm – Sweden

If you are in the Unilever Ice Cream business or consider choosing to work for the Unilever Ice Cream business, you will work for the Global, leading Ice Cream player with €7.9bn Turn Over in 2023. The Ice Cream business is operating in a highly attractive category, as we are part of the 1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at high pace. We have strong brands equities: 5 of top 10 selling brands including Wall's, Magnum, Ben & Jerry's. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, once we separate from Unilever, which is planned to happen by November 2025.

JOB PURPOSE:

As the In-Home Data & Insights Manager in the Ice Cream Nordics eRTM (eRouteToMarket) team you will play a critical role in driving Unilever's Growth and Fuel for Growth in Data Driven Execution, empowering our people to make smarter and faster decisions to unlock value through Data. eRTM's vision is to transform Unilever to become truly Data Intelligent, delivering superior performance through data-driven decisions.

As part of the eRoute To Market team you will join a new and energetic team who's driving groundbreaking Digital Transformation Journey within the Nordics Ice Cream Operations – including data driven execution for our CD & Marketing teams, and this is where you come in

Are you passionate about Digitalization, Data and… Ice Cream? Do you want to work with some of the Nordics favorite and most delicious Ice Cream brands such as GB Glace, Ben&Jerry's and Magnum? Then this role is just for you

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enable better data driven decision-making by working closely with our Ice Cream Teams across the Nordics to build & embed data & advanced analytics products using our exciting Data Analytics tools
  • Apply an internal customer-centric mindset together develop solutions for existing tool improvements with the team that are desirable, practical, feasible and sustainable.
  • Build a strong engagement network across Nordics with both stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Onboarding of demo/illustrating data product for UL internal stakeholders
  • Together with your eRTM Team partner with relevant IC teams to understand the business area, define the business problems, translate them into a data & analytics problem, design the solution approach/product to solve it and then deliver relevant insights that lead to actions.
  • Together with your eRTM team, you define & own the vision & product strategy for driving data & analytics-led decision-making. Making sure that the product roadmap is well prioritized and fit for purpose.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

SKILLS:

  • Strong Communication and influencing skills
  • Project Management
  • English proficiency and understanding of one of the local Nordic language, Swedish is preferred
  • Passion for Data Analysis led decision making
  • Competence in Excel and PowerBI

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, Data Analysis
  • Driving insights from large-scale structured and unstructured data
  • Data Mining, Exploratory data analysis, and modeling
  • Growth mindset and a bias for action
