Om tjänsten

I rollen som Financial Crime Prevention Manager kommer du att vara en central del i Fortnox arbete mot finansiell brottslighet. Du håller ihop arbetet med att samordna de reglerade Fortnoxbolagens arbete mot penningtvätt och terrorismfinansiering med övriga verksamhetens generella arbete mot finansiell brottslighet i stort, inklusive anti-korruption. Rollen stöttar såväl ledning i strategiska överväganden inom FCP-området, liksom AML Office i det dagliga operativa arbetet. Alltid med avstamp i vår vision att skapa ett välmående samhälle format av framgångsrika företag.

Exempel på uppgifter som vi ser ingår i rollen:

  • Driva och samordna FCP-arbetet inom Fortnoxkoncernen;

  • Arbete med upprätthållande och implementering av interna styrdokument inom FCP i verksamheten;

  • Etablering av koncernövergripande anti-korruptionsprogram inom koncernen;

  • Råd och stöd till verksamheten i frågor som rör finansiell brottslighet, bl.a. penningtvätt, bedrägerier, korruption och mutor;

  • Kravställa, samordna och följa upp aktiviteter, mål/KPI:er relaterat till FCP och utveckla arbete över tid;

  • Utbilda organisationen inom FCP; och

  • Omvärldsbevakning inom området.

I Rollen som Financial Crime Prevention Manager ingår du i funktionen Regulatory, Risk & Sustainability ("RRS"), vilket är en koncernfunktion inom Fortnox, och rapporterar till Head of RRS.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som kan och vill vara en central del i arbetet med att utveckla Fortnox FCP-arbete. För att trivas i rollen behöver du vara duktig på att uttrycka dig, muntligen och skriftligen och du förväntas att självständigt driva frågor inom ditt ansvarsområde i en dynamisk och tech-präglad miljö. Du har erfarenhet av arbetet mot penningtvätt och finansiering av terrorism inom finansiell verksamhet samt anti-korruptionsarbete i ett noterat bolag. Du behöver känna ett eget driv och engagemang för de frågor som du arbetar med samtidigt som du ser till helheten och är en uppskattad, samarbetsorienterad och efterfrågad kollega.
