Om rollen

Som Business Analyst hos oss får du en central roll där du kommer att driva och utveckla arbetet inom Ekonomi, Affärsutveckling och IT. Du kommer att arbeta med att kvalitetssäkra processer, identifiera förbättringspotential och ta fram beslutsunderlag som stödjer våra strategiska mål. I rollen ingår ansvar för vårt BI-system och datalager – där du både leder utvecklingen och agerar beställare gentemot våra leverantörer.

Du kommer att rapportera till vår CFO, Tobias Falk, och vara en del av ett engagerat team som strävar efter att alltid leverera förstklassiga beslut och affärsinsikter.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att innebära:

  • Hantera och analysera stora datamängder för att identifiera trender och nya affärsmöjligheter.
  • Driva och initiera utvecklingsprojekt inom verksamhetssystem, digitalisering och verksamhetsutveckling.
  • Ansvara för utveckling och optimering av vårt BI-verktyg och datalager, samt agera beställare gentemot externa leverantörer.
  • Implementera processförbättringar som skapar ökad effektivitet och kvalitet i våra arbetssätt.
  • Utforma rapporter och presentationer för att säkerställa välgrundade strategiska beslut.
  • Arbeta nära och samarbeta med olika funktioner inom organisationen för att driva verksamhetens mål framåt.

Vi söker dig som har:

  • En utbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande.
  • Erfarenhet av BI-utveckling, datalagerdesign och SQL.
  • Erfarenhet från management consulting där du drivit förändrings- och utvecklingsprojekt.
  • Meriterande: erfarenhet av Qlik och ett intresse för fastigheter och finans.
