I am Tobias Gyhlénius, Head of Group Communications at Telia Company, and we are now looking for an exceptional talent to take on the role of Broadcast Studio Expert and join our Group Communications Team.

As Broadcast Studio Expert, you will take on a broad responsibility and plan and produce pre-recorded and live broadcast events from our Solna studio, located at Telia's HQ, to reach audiences in Sweden and abroad. You will handle everything from smaller studio productions to larger town hall meetings with hundreds of people in the audience and thousands watching online. Some productions are pre-recorded where you work in partnership with the content owner from ideation to post-production, and sometimes you'll oversee larger live broadcast productions together with your studio colleague and additional freelance resources.

We need you to be a self-starter who drives workstreams and productions in close partnership with colleagues across various functions in the organization. You are an expert in all things related to studio and broadcast productions, including post productions and after effect programs, and appreciate a dynamic work environment. While Telia is a Swedish company, we are working in an international environment, so you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• A broad responsibility when you plan and produce studio recordings, manage post productions, and publish material on our video platform.
• Lead planning and production of large live broadcast town hall meetings with hundreds of persons in the audience and thousands watching online.
• Manage booking inquiries from colleagues across the organization and plan for those accordingly.
• Be a good advisor and partner to the organization on how those productions are being managed, and support the content owner throughout the process.
• We use Tricaster video mixers, Panasonic remote cameras, Yamaha audio mixers and NDI-video solutions, and Adobe Premiere and After Effects when working with post productions, and appreciate candidates with experience in those areas.

Who we are looking for?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Broadcast Studio Expert with at least three years in a similar role, specializing in studio production, live broadcasts, and post-production. You are proficient in operating tools such as Tricaster video mixers, Panasonic cameras, and Adobe Premiere/After Effects, with a strong eye for detail and quality.

A natural collaborator, you excel at working with colleagues across functions, guiding content owners through production processes, and managing multiple projects effectively. Fluent in Swedish and English, you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and bring a self-starting attitude to deliver polished, impactful productions that engage both in-person and online audiences.
