Om tjänsten
Vi söker nu en Head of Design till Fortnox affärsområde Financial Services. Här arbetar vi för att stärka våra kunder och förbättra deras likviditet genom innovativa finansiella tjänster, som bank- och betalningslösningar samt fakturatjänster.

I rollen som Head of Design kommer du att vara en nyckelperson med helhetsansvar för designarbetet inom affärsområdet. Du driver utvecklingen och implementeringen av en designstrategi som stärker vårt varumärke, våra affärsmål och våra kunders upplevelse. Med fokus på både det visuella och det användarupplevelsebaserade (UX/UI) samt det skriftliga innehållet i våra produkter, säkerställer du att Fortnox levererar design av högsta kvalitet.

Du kommer att spela en avgörande roll i vår Product Operating Model, där du arbetar nära utvecklings- och produktteam för att säkerställa att kundens perspektiv är en naturlig del av hela utvecklingsprocessen. Din förmåga att lyfta blicken och balansera kortsiktiga leveranser med långsiktiga strategiska mål är avgörande för att skapa verkligt värde.

I rollen stöttar du teamen genom ett agilt arbetssätt, samtidigt som du säkerställer att designbeslut är i linje med våra affärsmål och kundbehov. Tillsammans med utvecklings- och produktledning bygger du ett starkt designsystem som bidrar till att befästa Fortnox som en ledande aktör inom finansiella tjänster.

  1. Säkerställa att designbeslut är i linje med Fortnox affärsmål och kundbehov.
  2. Implementera och driva en användarcentrerad designprocess baserad på kundinsikter och data.
  3. Leda och utveckla teamens arbete med både användargränssnitt och det skriftliga innehållet i våra produkter.
  4. Säkerställa att design och språk följer vårt varumärkes tonalitet och förhöjer kundupplevelsen.
  5. Främja innovation och kontinuerlig utveckling inom designområdet.
  6. Hålla dig uppdaterad om trender och ny teknologi för att säkerställa att våra lösningar är konkurrenskraftiga.

Vi söker dig som

  1. Har flera års erfarenhet av designarbete och behärskar hela designprocessen.
  2. Har gedigen ledarerfarenhet, gärna inklusive att leda andra chefer.
  3. Kan översätta användarnas behov till designlösningar som är i linje med affärsstrategin.
  4. Har erfarenhet av agil produktutveckling och ett datadrivet arbetssätt.
  5. Besitter en djup förståelse för designprinciper och kan arbeta strukturerat med etablerade metoder och verktyg.
  6. Är kommunikativ och bekväm med att presentera dina idéer och resultat för kollegor och intressenter.
  7. Behärskar svenska och engelska flytande, både i tal och skrift.

Som Head of Design på Fortnox rapporterar du till Business Area Director och ingår i affärsområdets ledningsgrupp. Du kommer leda en designorganisation och arbeta nära vår utvecklingsorganisation- och produktorganisation där ni tillsammans gör skillnad för Sveriges företagare. Du kommer att arbeta i skärpunkten mellan det beprövade, stabila och det nya, spännande med stor möjlighet att påverka hur vi designar våra produkter framåt.

Vi värdesätter flexibilitet och möjligheten att arbeta på distans, samtidigt som vi strävar efter att skapa en inspirerande och kreativ arbetsmiljö för våra medarbetare. Rollen kräver regelbunden närvaro på olika orter där Fortnox har verksamhet, för närvarande Växjö (HQ), Stockholm, Malmö, vilket innebär att din arbetsdag kommer att vara en kombination av digitalt och fysiskt arbete.
