Your Role: Learning and Development Specialist

As the Learning and Development Specialist, you will take ownership of designing and delivering training programs that directly contribute to our business objectives. You'll craft impactful learning initiatives, from onboarding excellence to leadership development, and ensure we are building the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in a fast-paced, international environment.

This is a hands-on role with strategic responsibility, ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do

  • Design and Deliver Training Programs: Create and execute initiatives in leadership development. Develop in-house training and manage partnerships with external providers.
  • Strategic Thinking and Ability to Scale Initiatives: Understand how to develop processes and programs that can grow with the organization, including leading structured learning journeys in areas like AI.
  • Track and Optimize Impact: Set and measure KPIs to ensure all training delivers measurable value and contributes to our overall success.
  • Build a Culture of Learning: Act as an ambassador for a learning organization by promoting continuous development and regularly reviewing programs to meet evolving needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and craft tailored solutions.
  • Leverage Technology: Incorporate digital learning tools and platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Learning and Development Expertise: Proven years of experience in designing and implementing training programs that drive measurable results.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled at using data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Hands-On and Strategic: Comfortable working on detailed execution while contributing to long-term planning.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of creating clear, compelling training materials and delivering them effectively to diverse audiences. Fluent in English.
  • Collaboration and Flexibility: A team player who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing and leading change: Have the ability to adapt initiatives to new needs in a growing and changing environment.
