What you'll be doing

Engineering at WEIQ isn't just about coding—it's about crafting solutions that push boundaries and set new standards in the restaurant industry. We want it to be easy and profitable to run a restaurant and we believe that tech is the way there. As a rapidly expanding company, we're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our agile development team. WEIQ is on the lookout for a talented frontend developer to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company in a thriving industry. As a frontend developer at WEIQ, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of dining technology. Here's what you can expect you'll be doing:

  • Inspiring and shaping our frontend systems
  • Working with modern frameworks and tools
  • Working mainly in TypeScript with React and React Native
  • Developing new features and working tightly with our backend team to deliver high quality products to our users.
  • Improving existing code

Who you are

You are a fast learner and a great communicator. You love to try out new technologies and are not afraid to ask questions. You are creative, communicative and customer-obsessed. You're not just a code wizard, you're a user whisperer You are self-driven and love to work in a fast-moving team. You have a deep understanding of how our users interact with our products, and you constantly look for ways to improve their experience.

You will at least need to have

  • MSc graduate from Computer Science or similar program
  • Experience in working with frontend projects built using TypeScript and React/React Native

An extra plus is if you

  • Have an eye for design and UX
  • Are a master at finding perfect GIFs for all occasions
