Vi växer och behöver bli fler ledare. Vi söker dig med kompetensmässig bredd inom mjukvaruarkitektur, både plattformar och integrationer såväl som datamodellering, BI och AI.

Att anpassa SaaS-tjänster, förvalta interna IT-tjänster och hantera digitalisering i en koncern där alla jobbar med IT är en utmanande uppgift. Sectra verkar inom samhällskritiska områden som växer fort i en orolig omvärld där tjänsterna måste växa med organisationen utan att vi någonsin gör avkall på bästa möjliga tillgänglighet och IT-säkerhet. För att möjliggöra tillväxten är vi inne i en transformationsfas från produktbolag till tjänstebolag vilket ställer stora krav på snabb omställning av kompetensprofiler och nya processer inbäddade i effektiva digitala verktyg som stödjer vår tillväxt både numerärt och regionalt.

För att stärka oss internt och kunna växa med organisationen vill vi nu framtidssäkra vår kapacitet med en arkitektroll som har en bas från utveckling och förvaltning av interna IT-tjänster på medelstora till större bolag. I den här rollen kommer du bland annat:

  • Leda och delta i projekt inom arkitektur, plattformar, verktyg tillsammans med experter inom respektive område.
  • Leda vår data strategi och förvalta datamodeller så att vi upprätthåller rätt effektivitet och datakvalité för BI och AI.
  • Vara bra på att se helheten, definiera krav och följa upp kvalitet både internt och mot underleverantörer.

Vi vill att du har en stark analytisk ådra där vi särskilt värdesätter förmågan att förstå, bryta ner och därmed kunna börja lösa även mer komplexa problem. Vi vill att du ska kunna kommunicera och interagera med kollegor, kunder och partners på ett tydligt, konstruktivt och effektivt sätt.

Vi förväntar oss utöver ovanstående att du:

  • Har relevant utbildning på kandidat- eller masternivå inom IT.
  • Har god förståelse och intresse för processer och effektiva arbetsflöden inom tillämpningsområden såsom t.ex. dokumenthantering eller ERP.
  • Kan kommunicera obehindrat på svenska och engelska.
  • Har svenskt medborgarskap.

Utöver det ser vi det som en tillgång om du dessutom:

  • Har jobbat med Microsoft plattformar och verktyg, framförallt Dynamics 365.
  • Kan coacha och stimulera en agil kultur.
  • Ett starkt engagemang utanför studier eller arbete, i föreningsliv, idrott, musik, teater eller annan hobby.
  • Har studerat eller arbetat utanför Sverige.
  • Kan fler språk än svenska och engelska.
