About the role

The QA Specialist role will be engaged in the key Quality processes in place for all activities carried out across the Local Business, ensuring their compliance with Haleon standards and policies, GDP and local regulatory requirements and legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform all Duty of Care activities for finished products to the local market after EU certification for sale.
  2. Complaints management.
  3. Engage in the maintenance of the local QMS and take responsibility as SME for selected processes providing appropriate impact assessment.
  4. Support local Inspection Readiness and self-inspection processes.
  5. Management of deviations, Change Controls, CAPAs and Continuous Improvements.
  6. Participate in audits and inspections.
  7. Acting as Back-up Responsible Person for Sweden and Norway, and as such fulfill all responsibilities defined in EU GDP Guidelines 2013/C 343 Chapter 2.2 as Responsible Person for Wholesale Distribution of Medicinal Products.

Qualifications and skills

  1. A minimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Dynamic, proactive, fast-learner, pragmatic, eager to learn and develop.
  3. Fluent in Swedish language and the location is in Stockholm, Sweden.
