Som Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) hos Netnod får du en nyckelroll hos en central samhällsaktör som befinner sig i en spännande tillväxtresa. I rollen som CHRO ansvarar du för att vidareutveckla HR-funktionen, vilket innebär arbete på både strategisk och operativ nivå med ett brett HR-perspektiv. Du arbetar aktivt med kulturen i bolaget, säkerställer effektiva och välfungerande HR-processer samt driver strategiskt arbete för att HR-funktionen ska stödja verksamhetens behov och långsiktiga mål. Du säkerställer efterlevnad av arbetsrättsliga regler och bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö genom initiativ som stärker organisationen. Vidare är du ett starkt och relevant stöd för ledare och verksamheten, med ansvar för förändringsarbete, kompetensutveckling, rekrytering och Employer Branding.

Som CHRO ingår du i ledningsgruppen och rapporterar till CEO.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Utveckla och genomföra HR-arbetet i linje med verksamhetens behov och långsiktiga mål
  • Stödja förändringsarbete samt utveckla och driva HR-initiativ som stärker verksamheten och organisationen
  • Bidra till en långsiktig och hållbar kultur i linje med Netnods värderingar
  • Säkerställa och utveckla välfungerande HR-strukturer, processer och riktlinjer
  • Arbeta med kompetensutveckling, medarbetarengagemang och stödja ledare i HR-relaterade frågor
  • Jobba proaktivt med frågor kopplade till Employer Branding, det vill säga strategier för att behålla befintliga medarbetare och attrahera nya genom strategisk rekrytering och Employer Value Proposition
  • Säkerställa efterlevnad av arbetsrätt och relevanta regelverk

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som är trygg och självgående och har erfarenhet av att utveckla och driva HR-funktioner och initiativ som stödjer verksamheten. Du har en god förståelse för hur HR skapar värde och en naturlig förmåga att driva förändring och utveckling. Du har en bred kunskap inom HR och trivs med att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt. Ett starkt engagemang för medarbetarutveckling, och rekryteringsstrategier är avgörande, och du ska brinna för att vara med och bygga en Rock Solid företagskultur i linje med Netnods värdegrund. Vidare är du relationsskapande, kommunikativ och prestigelös samt trivs i en dynamisk och innovativ miljö.

Din bakgrund och kompetens:

  • Erfarenhet som HR-chef, CHRO eller i en liknande ledarroll inom HR
  • Erfarenhet av att driva HR-initiativ samt utveckla HR-strategier och processer
  • God kunskap inom arbetsrätt och relevanta regelverk
  • Erfarenhet av arbetsmiljöarbete, medarbetarutveckling och rekrytering
  • Akademisk utbildning inom HR, ekonomi eller motsvarande
  • Goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt
