Addrevenue is an affiliate marketing platform, based in Sweden but with the World as our marketplace. Since our foundation in 2022, we have sought to attract the best possible talent to join us on our ambitious journey. And now we're looking to expand the team even further. 

As an Affiliate Manager at Addrevenue, you are the crucial link between the advertisers and their affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth and mutually beneficial relationship. Our model is very simple, the advertisers on our platform only pay for actual sales. In other words, it is crucial for us to deliver and make sure our advertisers get results, it's only then that we as a company get paid. That's where you come in.

We are now looking for a new star to join the team, with responsibility for the Nordic countries. Ideally, you speak and write fluently in English and at least one of the local languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish). Ideally, you're based in Stockholm, Sweden, but this is not a must.

In order to perform the tasks of an Affiliate Manager up to the high standards we set, we believe that you possess the following skillset:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills are essential for building relationships, conveying trust, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Analytical Abilities: You can identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Creativity: You are able to suggest compelling promotional strategies that benefit both advertiser and affiliate
  • Negotiation and Influencing: You are confident in negotiating agreements, persuading potential affiliates, and advocating for an advertiser's interests.
  • Tech Savviness: A natural understanding of reporting tools is crucial for managing and optimizing affiliate campaigns efficiently.
Job to be done

As with most roles, activities can vary so there isn't necessarily a 'typical day'. However, most Affiliate Managers in our company will have several responsibilities, such as;

  • Recruiting new advertisers to join the platform
  • Recruiting and training new affiliates to maximize the quality and quantity of their referral traffic
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved
  • Initiating new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the programs
  • Developing affiliate marketing strategies that deliver specified sales volumes
  • Analyzing program and campaign activity to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Delivering affiliate marketing reports to advertisers and senior management
  • Ensuring that commissions and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner
