IES Sundbyberg är en skola för årskurserna 4-9. Vi är en tvåspråkig skola som följer den svenska läroplanen. Vi söker nu en legitimerad grundskollärare med ämnesbehörighet i engelska inför skolstarten hösten 2025. I tjänsten ingår delat mentorskap. Du har en positiv människosyn och har förmåga att skapa goda relationer med elever, kollegor och vårdnadshavare. Som lärare hos oss tycker du att det är roligt, stimulerande och utvecklande att undervisa elever som kommer från flera olika länder och ge varje elev möjlighet att utvecklas utifrån sina egna förutsättningar och förmågor.

Ansvarsområden:
  1. Planera och genomföra lektioner
  2. Bedöma elevens framsteg, ge konstruktiv feedback och föra noggranna dokumentationer
  3. Mentorskap för elever i en av de klasserna du undervisar
  4. Samarbeta med kollegor för att skapa en stödjande och inkluderande lärmiljö
  5. Delta i professionell utveckling och bidra till skolans gemenskap
Kvalifikationer:
  1. Lärarlegitimation
  2. Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
  3. Positiv attityd och samarbetsvillig
  4. Förmåga att anpassa undervisningsmetoder för att möta elevernas olika behov
  5. Engagemang för kontinuerlig professionell utveckling och lärande
  6. Vi söker någon som har erfarenhet av att arbeta med Cambridge IGCSE

Internationella Engelska Skolan Sundbyberg är en skola för årskurserna 4-9 med 700 elever. Det är en skola där lärare kan lära sig att undervisa, elever kan få möjlighet att lära sig och alla tycker om att komma till skolan varje dag. Alla lärare har den berikande erfarenheten av att vara en klassmentor. Skolan har en internationell inriktning och undervisningen bedrivs både på engelska och svenska. Skolan verkar för att lära och kunskap sätts i första rummet. Eleverna lär sig ta ett personligt ansvar för sin egen utveckling och arbetsmiljö och att respektera sina skolkamrater, lärare och sig själva. IES är stolta över sina medarbetare och har tagit fram en metod för att skapa en lugn och trygg skolmiljö. Detta gör att våra lärare får mer tid till att dela sin kunskap, både med elever och kollegor.
