You'll collaborate with a team of digital strategists, client directors, and performance specialists to maximize impact and achieve ambitious business objectives.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing plans aligned with client goals, encompassing target audience identification, channel selection, and campaign optimization.
  2. Lead projects from start to finish, fostering collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  3. Provide expert guidance on performance improvement, identify new opportunities, and leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with specialists to translate strategies into actionable plans.
  5. Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure alignment with best practices.
  6. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners.
  7. Contribute to new business pitches and generate innovative ideas to enhance client performance.
  8. Generate and analyze performance data to identify trends and measure success.
  9. Analyze performance data to uncover trends, measure success, and drive continuous improvement in marketing programs.
What You'll Bring:
  1. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  2. Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and customer journey.
  3. Knowledge of relevant digital marketing platforms and martech tools.
  4. Proven project management skills and experience collaborating with specialists.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
