Finance Analyst

We are looking to recruit a business minded, analytical and proactive Finance Analyst to our Stockholm office. You will be part of the Swedish business finance team consisting today of 3 people supporting Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Baltics. To be successful in the role, you are self-driven, have an eye for details, while at the same time keep in mind the bigger picture and challenging status quo. We believe you have a genuine interest in finance and want to develop further in our organization. In this role you will work in close cooperation with Key Account Managers, Customer Service, Sales Force and Credit Management Teams in HQ, Parma and of course your local business finance team. The role is permanent and expected starting date is June 2025.

Key Accountabilities:

Trading terms for Sweden:

  1. Business partner with sales team to optimize customer investments for growth.
  2. Lead forecasting processes for customer investments.
  3. In close cooperation with KAM, you are responsible to ensure correct trade terms management for both Foodservice and Retail business in assigned countries including set-up of SAP agreements and actual bookings of customer invoices in line with Company guidelines.
  4. You are accountable to update sales field tool (ARGUS) with Promo, Listings and tender offers (Foodservice) per customer in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. You perform regular update of master data/customer on Foodservice and Retail, communicate changes/updates and ensure correct internal system data input managed by controlling and customer service teams.
  6. Accountable for pricelists updating at SKU level and internal information.
  7. You are the main financial point of contact for our customer invoicing departments.

Credit management:

  1. Prepare monthly credit management reports.
  2. Analyze variances for invoices to make sure they are paid.
  3. Maintain contact with customers in case of price differences.

In addition, you will work as the Swedish contact point and also handle ad hoc reports.

Qualifications:
  1. University degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in similar position.
  3. Very good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel.
  4. SAP knowledge is a plus.
  5. Fluent English and Swedish.
