Job Description:
In this role, you will be an active contributor to cross-functional cooperation as well as continuous updates and improvements of internal processes and work methods. With your expertise, you will support Project leaders in matters of design, production development, machine equipment, and manufacturing. You will participate in projects, compose specifications for mechanical requirements, and be an important part of the development of new machines and tool designs for the field of Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design production equipment and keep existing machinery up to par by continuous improvements.
- Ensure that your engineering work is executed according to internal and external directives and standards.
- Create manufacturing drawings and documents and participate in performing quality audits at external manufacturers.
- M.Sc. or Bachelor with specialization in technology / mechanical engineering.
- Previous experience from similar engineering roles.
- Used to working in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Solidworks / PLM (Windchill) is a requirement.
- AutoCAD is meritorious.
- Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is a hard requirement.
- You need to be structured and methodical in your work, whilst still having room for creativity and innovative thinking in your solution finding.
- You know how to take command of your own work and drive projects and tasks forward to the set goals.
- Be thorough and methodical in your work as well as communicative and have a strong cooperative approach.
