Som SEO & Content Manager med fokus på sociala medier ansvarar du för att skapa strategiskt och engagerande innehåll som stärker företagets synlighet i sökmotorer och på sociala plattformar. Du kommer att arbeta tvärfunktionellt för att driva organisk trafik, bygga varumärkeskännedom och engagera målgrupper som marknadsförare, byråer, reklam/marknadsföringsskolor och företag intresserade av utomhusreklam.

Ansvarsområden:

  1. Sökmotoroptimering (SEO)
    1. Utföra nyckelordsanalys för att identifiera sökord och fraser som driver trafik och leads (t.ex. "digital utomhusreklam", "programmatisk annonsering utomhus").
    2. Optimera webbplatsens innehåll för att ranka högre på relevanta sökningar, inklusive landningssidor, SoMe och produktbeskrivningar.
    3. Säkerställa att tekniska SEO-åtgärder är implementerade, t.ex. förbättrad webbplatshastighet och mobilvänlighet.
    4. Arbeta med off-page SEO genom att bygga länkar via partnerskap och sociala medier.
  2. Innehållsproduktion för webb och sociala medier
    1. Skapa SEO-optimerade inlägg och guider relaterade till utomhusreklam, t.ex.:
      1. "Maximera ROI med programmatisk DOOH"
      2. "Framgångsrika exempel på kreativ utomhusreklam"
    2. Producera engagerande innehåll för sociala medier (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) inklusive:
      1. Infografik som visar data och insikter om utomhusreklam.
      2. Kundcase och framgångshistorier.
      3. Kortfilmer och "behind-the-scenes" från kampanjer och installationer.
  3. Sociala mediestrategi och -hantering
    1. Utveckla en sociala medier-strategi som ökar företagets synlighet och stärker dess position som branschledare.
    2. Hantera och schemalägga inlägg med hjälp av verktyg som Hootsuite, Buffer, eller liknande.
    3. Interagera med följare och svara på frågor och kommentarer för att bygga relationer och lojalitet.
  4. Kombinerad SEO- och social strategi
    1. Använd sökordsdata för att skapa innehåll som fungerar både för sociala medier och sökmotorer.
    2. Publicera bloggar och artiklar som sociala inlägg för att driva trafik från sociala medier till webbplatsen.
    3. Bygga backlinks genom att få sociala inlägg att delas av branschorganisationer och partners.
  5. Analys och optimering
    1. Följa upp och analysera SEO-resultat (ranking, trafik, konverteringar) med verktyg som Matomo, Search Console, och Ahrefs.
    2. Mäta sociala mediers resultat (räckvidd, engagemang, konverteringar) med plattformsbaserade verktyg som LinkedIn Analytics och Meta Business Suite.
    3. Optimera innehåll baserat på data och insikter.

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet

  1. Erfarenhet av SEO och innehållsskapande.
  2. Erfarenhet av att skapa och hantera innehåll för sociala medier, helst inom B2B eller reklam.
  3. Kunskap om verktyg som Matomo och sociala medier-schemaläggare.
  4. Förmåga att skriva engagerande och SEO-optimerade texter.
  5. Grundläggande designfärdigheter är meriterande.

Mål för rollen

  1. SEO-mål:
    1. Öka organisk trafik till webbplatsen.
    2. Få nya leads per månad från organiska sökningar.
  2. Sociala medier-mål:
    1. Öka följarskaran med rätt för bolaget relevanta personer på relevanta plattformar.
  3. Integrerade mål:
    1. Driva trafik från sociala medier till webbplatsen.

Vi är ett litet och snabbfotat team som Content Manager blir central. Ditt personliga driv och vilja att göra skillnad tillsammans med teamet kommer att bli din framgång. Du har ett mycket flexibelt "mindset" och gillar att lösa problem och uppgifter med kort varsel. Du rapporterar till Brand Manager.
