Som Kvalitetsingenjör hos oss kommer du att ha en avgörande roll kring implementering och efterlevnad av vårt kvalitetsledningssystem, för att säkerställa högsta kvalitetsstandard i våra EPC- och högspänninganläggningsprojekt.

Jobbeskrivning

  1. Utveckla och implementera kvalitetsledningssystem för våra projekt:
    1. Utveckla och implementera Kvalitetsplaner, Kontrollprogram & Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), anpassade för de specifika kraven vi har i våra EPC- och högspänninganläggningsprojekt.
    2. Säkerställa att krav från industristandarder och projektspecifikationer implementeras.
  2. Säkerställa efterlevnad av definierade kvalitetsledningssystem inom våra projekt:
    1. Genomföra regelbundna översyner på våra siter, övervaka leverantörer samt underentreprenörer på site, för att säkerställa att vi efterlever definierade Kvalitetsplaner, Kontrollprogram, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) och kontrollpunkter före besiktningar.
    2. Kontinuerlig kontakt med våra siter, innefattandes sitebesök utefter projektens behov.
  3. Dokumentation:
    1. Överse och följa upp att rödmarkeringar förs in i den tekniska anläggningsdokumentationen kontinuerligt under projektets gång.
    2. Överse och följa upp att kvalitetsdokumentation fylls i och genomförs, såsom egenkontroller och testprotokoll.

Din profil

  1. Ingenjörsexamen eller Kandidatexamen inom Kvalitet eller relaterat område. Alternativt motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
  2. Tidigare erfarenhet av kvalitet inom bygg- eller energibranschen. Särskilt meriterande med erfarenhet inom högspänningsanläggningsprojekt.
  3. Kännedom om relevanta industristandarder samt standarder inom kvalitet.
  4. Stark analytisk och problemlösningsförmåga.
  5. Goda IT-kunskaper, inom t.ex. SharePoint, dokumenthanteringssystem och projektsamarbetsverktyg.

Linxon is currently seeking a Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to join our team.

What will you do?

This candidate will undertake a crucial role in implementing and maintaining quality management systems, for ensuring the highest standards of quality across EPC and substation projects.

  1. Implementing and Maintaining Quality Management Systems:
    1. Developing, implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems, Project Control Program (PCP) & Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), specifically tailored to the unique requirements of EPC and substation projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  2. Supervising on-site activities to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems:
    1. Conduct regular inspections on site and supervise site contractors & sub-contractors to ensure on-site activities comply with defined Quality Management Systems, the Project Control Program (PCP), pre-inspection requirements & Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
    2. Being in constant contact with the site team including 3rd party and travel to the sites on regular basis as per project needs.
  3. Documentation:
    1. Supervise and ensure that red-markups in the Technical Plant Documentation are completed continuously during the course of the project.
    2. Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports and test records from sites.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven experience in quality assurance and control within the construction, engineering or energy industry, with a specific focus on substation projects.
  3. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and quality management principles.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good IT skills, e.g. SharePoint, Document Management system and project collaboration tools
