Business Analyst with Client Focus

We are looking for experienced professionals to be responsible for regulatory client communication within the Corporate and Investment Banking division ("CIB"). This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of regulatory change and drive end to end client communication related to global markets regulations such as EMIR, Dodd Frank, SFTR & MiFID. This role will suit candidates with prior experience in the regulatory environment and/or those with very strong client service skills.
About the role:
In this role you will be at the intersection of business, client and regulations, with the opportunity to drive meaningful change with our clients best interest in mind.
- Oversee and manage client regulatory inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and proactive engagement on regulatory matters that impact client relationships.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to address client-specific issues and operational tasks.
- Drive regulatory initiatives, including data-centric projects and regulatory change implementations.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- A university degree in business, banking & finance, law or relevant industry experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in client relationship management, regulatory affairs, compliance, or a related role within a bank or financial institution.
- Good understanding of market structure, financial instruments, and regulatory requirements related to CIB business.
- Great communication skills and ability to work directly with the client as well as with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Good command of MS Excel skills.
- Excellent Swedish and English language skills are a prerequisite.
